The initial stage is to do some testing to see your strengths and weaknesses. Understand previous injuries, the demands of your sport, job, hobbies and any aesthetic goals you wish to achieve. I can then offer the best quality advice and set a time frame to hit those targets.
Corrective Exercise, Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention
Primal movement patterns are essential to every human being. Fascial Sling Systems and Locomotion will enable you to live longer, with more energy and have more fun doing the things you love. I focus on restorative movement and function to wake up some of the muscles that may have become inhibited by bad posture, injuries, stress etc.
Athletic Performance
I have a long history of working as a strength and conditioning coach for elite athletes in sports such as Tennis, Golf, Rugby, Running and Rowing. I also specialise in Junior Athletic Development.
TRX Suspension Training
The TRX Suspension System is a great tool to train your whole body anywhere without the use of the gym. I’ve trained celebrities, athletes and private clients all over the world and the beauty is you can do it anywhere without a gym.
Golf Performance
I’m a Titleist Performance Certified Trainer and have worked with Golfers of all levels. Stop blaming the clubs and work on your movement. The screening process allows you to understand the key areas you need to improve your performance, you’ll receive a Golf Fitness handicap and a Body-Swing Connection which will explain some of your current swing characteristics.
Group Fitness, Small Groups, Partner Training

Corporate Wellness
Under REPS NZ (Registrar of Exercise Professionals) there is a Stress Management Program for corporates which is exempt of Fringe Benefit Tax. This program is great for the health and well-being of your staff, staff morale, will reduce sick days and injuries and enhance productivity. It is a great service to bring to your workplace. Every participant will be assessed and reviewed at the end to show the fantastic results this program delivers.
Pregnancy
Pre and post pregnancy fitness doesn’t have to be daunting but ensure you’re getting advice from a professional. With postural and hormonal changes taking place in each trimester so should the exercises you partake in.
Nutrition
My approach to nutrition is very individualised. I will take your Body Fat sites and that will tell me a story about some hormonal balance that may need attention such as; Insulin, Cortisol, Estrogen/ androgens etc. With some advice and training I can tailor a diet that suits your lifestyle coincided by scientific training methodology.
