About Marshall Performance

Luke MarshallMarshall Performance is run by Luke Marshall, a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 15 years experience.

As an elite performance expert I will challenge the participant with intensive and extensive systems to create positive adaptations towards strength, posture, balance and overall performance. I have worked with elite tennis athletes, golfers, junior rowers and running technique/performance. I believe it’s imperative to train smart and effectively and to promote restorative movement and healthy lifestyle to create the best YOU possible!

Functional training keeps me in shape for my hobbies to minimise injury risk and perform my best, I love the outdoors so you’ll often see me running the trails, hitting the slopes or mountain biking. I like to share my wealth of knowledge and passion to bring out the best in my clients or classes.

No matter your current condition you can always improve. Preparing well and planning ahead to reach your goals will ensure you restore function, reach optimal performance and prolong longevity to keep active and enjoying life to the full.
